Elon Musk, China and Indonesia's green energy

It became known that Chinese company Tsingshan Holding Group will start working seriously with green energy in Indonesia. The largest nickel and steel manufacturer in the world is going to build solar and wind power plants with a 2,000 MW and a 5,000 MW hydropower plant.
At the end of last year Musk promised a huge contract to someone who would provide Tesla's need for nickel, cobalt and other materials for lithium batteries and could organize their production in the greatest environmentally sound way.

After that Musk even had a conversation with the President of Indonesia and sent a negotiating team to explore all the country's commodities on the ground.

Here appears Tsingshan Holding, which already has a production capacity in Indonesia, but lacks ecological production point. Therefore, company makes a decision all operating activities to function by green energy. And since this practice is absent in Indonesia, they will create it from scratch. Environmental metal is very important to the entire electric industry, considered in the company. It is particularly demanded by producers from Europe and the USA, and demand is growing rapidly together with global trend for responsible ecological production. 📈


Thus, Tsingshan Holding is going to produce a green nickel in Indonesia and supply it to developed countries' markets. This initiative is in harmony with the possible construction of Tesla lithium batteries plant in Indonesia and with the plans of authorities for transition to the green economy in the country.
